  • What is your returns policy?

    All items are pre-loved and so sales are final and as-is. Please be mindful that pre-loved items will show natural signs of wear and use, especially in older issues.

    You will not necessarily receive the exact copy pictured on the website. Please contact us if you would like to be sent photos of the copy you will be receiving.

    We don't sell any items in a condition we wouldn't be happy to receive ourselves. Any significant imperfections will be communicated to the customer.

  • Where do you ship from?

    SMUT MAMA ships from old Melbourne town in Victoria, Australia!

    We aim to post all orders within 7 days. We will notify you when your order has been sent and supply you with a tracking number. Delivery times may vary according to location and covid-19 related delays.
